Ideal for teachers, youth workers, personal trainers, potential day walks leaders and interested bushwalkers.

It is the required minimum qualification for leaders intending on working with DECD schools and many independent or CEO schools and is recognised as ‘best practice’.

The course assesses your competence as an assistant day walk leader.

For those interested in longer walks, we also train Bushwalking Leaders for multi-day activities. The Bushwalking Assistant Leadership Certificate is the place to start with two courses operating in 2017.
